By popular demand I have made a video that links a bunch of poses into a nice flow. 20 minutes of vigorous movement where you will build heat, strength and stay focused, followed by 20 minutes of cooling down and grounding.
I didn’t plan out the sequence ahead of filming. Truth be told it is what my body needed after several days of social distancing and confinement. After several hours on the couch doing this & that (read Netflix 😂).
