Join me for a yoga retreat in Buenos Aires, like no other!
Discover Buenos Aires’ main attractions and secret spots, off the beaten path.
Visit the iconic Bombonera Football Stadium in La Boca.
Take a stroll through the World’s most opulent cemetery in Recoleta.
Enjoy the Market of San Telmo with it’s antiques, food stalls and art work.
These are just some of the highlights on this 7 day yoga retreat!
Start every day with a 70 minute yoga class led by Nabeel Atique – a certified yoga instructor with 10 years teaching experience (and a 500 hour Yogaworks certification).
Classes will be held everyday. All levels to accommodate your comfort level. Non yoga companions are welcome and will have other activities substituted.

Accommodation will be in a 3 star hotel or higher.
Centrally located in the Palermo district, near coffee shops, restaurants and bars. A very safe part of town with a good mix of tourists and locals.
Enjoy a farewell dinner with the finest Argentine foods. Whether you are a steak lover or vegetarian – there is something for everyone! And did I mention the wine is included (all the Malbec you want!)
Ready to try the best Milanesas and Empanadas in the world?

Did I mention Yoga? Let’s not get distracted now! As much as there are so many things to do in Buenos Aires, we at Yoga With Nabeel take our Yoga very seriously.
There will be a yoga class everyday. This will put you in the mood to go out and see this fabulous city! There is nothing better than enjoying new sights and sensations, feeling grounded and safe.

Highlight Number 1 – La Boca

Visit La Boca, where the first European immigrants landed. Also home of the iconic Boca Juniors Football Club.
We will stroll around and you can explore this historic part of the city with its old houses and shops. There will be a chance to shop for some local artisan handmade items.

Highlight Number 2 – Recoleta Cemetery

The Recoleta Cemetery – the resting place of Eva Peron and many other notable Argentines.
The shear size and design of these tombstones are amazing. There is truly no other cemetery like this in the whole world. A maze of paths with many tombs of different architectural designs.

Highlight Number 3 – San Telmo Market

We will check out the Casa Rosada (Pink House) in Playa de Mayo – the Presidential Palace and then we will head out along the iconic Defensa Avenue until we get to the Market of San Telmo. With its labryth of shops, antiques, eateries and handicrafts it’s very easy to get lost in this magical place. There is something for everyone here. And if we are lucky we can get a “merienda” (afternoon snack) and watch the tango dancers in Plaza Dorrego.
There will be plenty of time to buy souvenirs, antiques and even try some local delicacies.

Highlight 4 – Tango Lesson and Show
Don’t forget to pack your dancing shoes! We will take a lesson with the World’s best tango dancers and then have an opportunity to practice with them.
This is perfect for beginners – don’t be intimidated!
Then later in the night, we will watch these professionals take over the dance floor and show their stuff. It is truly a sight to behold.
A great way to spend a night in Buenos Aires. Do not expect to be home by midnight! This is a city that never sleeps and we will enjoy this event into the wee hours of the night!

What others say about Nabeel’s classes
“Nabeel’s yoga classes are not only fun and pleasant, they are also a great workout, especially if you are into other activities like running or the gym”
Martin N, Buenos Aires
“I have been taking classes with Nabeel for 7 years and I must say they helped me a lot. His classes are welcoming and for all ages and levels. You can easily find your rhythm and the intensity you need. Whether a beginner or advanced yogi, you will get the most out of Nabeel’s classes”
Sandra W, Buenos Aires
“I can’t recommend Nabeel’s classes enough. He has a way of sharing his process and encouraging others to practice that is selfless and sweet. At Nabeel’s studio it feels like an act of sharing and community, and everybody feels welcome, no matter where you are from or what level of experience you have. Don’t miss out on having a true yoga experience !”
